The procedure for the return request is as follows:

• Place a return request on our website or write to us at support@essaybysumedha.com within 7 days of the date of delivery.
• Returns can be placed for store credit that comes without an expiry date.
• WE DO NOT OFFER BANK REFUNDS. All refunds are provided as store credit. 
• We will facilitate a pick up for you. Please keep the garment ready in the original packaging for the same.
• Free pick up for returns in India.
• Store credit will be sent directly to you via email.
• Returns are NOT applicable in the case of custom sizing and design. If you wish to make some alterations, Whatsapp us at +91 9082103526, and we will arrange for a pickup.
• For International orders the shipping fee for returns has to be borne by the customer.
